Processing Time:

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. After your order is processed, the shipping time will begin.

Shipping Time (USA):

  • Once your order is processed, delivery within the United States typically takes 3-4 business days.

Shipping Time (International):

  • International shipping times may vary based on the destination. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that it may take longer than domestic orders due to customs and local postal services.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Misc. Items:

  • Please note that certain products, such as the camo hoodie, may take longer to ship. While our goal is to deliver all orders within 7 days, some items may require additional processing time. Classic T-shirts and regular hoodies are not affected by these delays and will ship on schedule.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and potential postal delays, especially during peak seasons.

Return Policy

At HYMACS, we aim to provide you with apparel that meets the highest standards of quality and design. However, we understand that things don't always go as planned.

Refunds/Exchanges:

  • We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives in a damaged condition or you received the wrong item. In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@hymacs.com with photos of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
